Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Whipped Cream Swimwear accepts returning items within 7 days of your purchase being delivered. Your refund will be issued for the purchased amount of your returned swimwear minus shipping fees in USD. Please allow up to 5 business days for your inquiry to be processed.
To start your return process, please email michelle@whippedcreamswimwear.com with your name and order number.
Please note:
- All sale items are final sale.
- All returning items must be sent back in their original condition including all tags, hygienic liners and cup pads (no deodorant, make-up stains, perfume, body lotion, etc).
- We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet the above criteria.
- Original shipping fees, international duties, taxes, etc are not eligible to be refunded upon return.
- Orders being returned for refund or exchange within the United States, will be emailed a free shipping label to be printed and attached to your returning package. We do not cover the return shipping cost on international orders, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Items used for content creation or media purposes of any kind, including but not limited to try-on-hauls, photoshoots, video productions, or promotional use, are not eligible for return and will be refused.
Cancellations: Given that we work to fulfill orders ASAP, all orders are final (including pre-order). Please ensure you're confident in your purchase before submitting your order.
Additional Information:
- If your order is shipping outside of the USA - Whipped Cream Swimwear does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties and/or taxes are the buyers responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
- Shall a customer decline their package in customs/duties - we will issue a store credit gift card minus shipping fees + customs/duties via email once the package is returned to our office. Refused international orders can take up to 4 months to reroute back to our facility.
- We are not responsible for returns shipped back to the return address on your packages label without tracking or notice to us. You must email us to receive information on how to start your return.
